Expert Review

A second, expert opinion on every system.

Before a customer commits to a quotation, or an installer finalises a design, Solar 360's Expert Review gives everyone extra confidence that the sizing and scope actually fit the need.

What it is

A closer look, before the equipment is bought.

Sizing a solar system well means balancing budget, load, backup hours, and available equipment — and it's easy to get one of those wrong. Expert Review is a request, submitted directly from a quotation in Solar 360 Quote, that puts a system design in front of a reviewer before it goes any further.

Right-sized systems

A review of the proposed capacity, backup hours, and load against what the customer actually needs.

Equipment fit

A check that the panels, inverter, and battery bank proposed are matched to each other and to the budget.

Clear, written feedback

A report the installer and customer can both refer back to — not a verbal opinion that gets lost.

What a reviewer looks at

The details that decide whether a system performs.

A request includes the customer's appliance and load list, desired backup hours, budget range, and any existing equipment — plus whatever notes the installer or customer wants reviewed.

  • Solar capacity against actual daily load.
  • The full appliance and backup-hours picture.
  • Notes, questions, and any photos submitted with the request.

How it works

Three steps, started from a quotation you're already building.

STEP 01

Submit a request

From any quotation in Solar 360 Quote, tap “Request Expert Review” and confirm the customer's details.

STEP 02

A reviewer takes a look

Your request is picked up and assessed against the load, budget, and equipment you've proposed.

STEP 03

Get your report

Feedback comes back as a clear report you can share with your customer alongside the quotation.

Expert Review is advisory guidance, not a substitute for a licensed electrical engineer's sign-off where one is legally required for a project. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.
